Introducing Alexandra Inn

Traverse City, Michigan - April 22, 2022 - Wuerfel Resorts, LLC announces the successful closing of 2227 US-31 North for development into Alexandra Inn, a 32-unit independent boutique hotel. The 0.62 acre property currently hosts a vacant residential home and obtains direct access to East Grand Traverse Bay with over 100’ of private beach shoreline.

Alexandra Inn was conditionally approved by East Bay Township Planning Commission on April 5, 2022 as a use-by-right development in the Regional Business District. The project will consist of demolition and site preparation followed by ground-up new build construction of the 20,000 square foot Inn. Alexandra Inn will offer four distinct room types, a fitness center, gift shop, game room, café, and 2,000 square foot rooftop terrace overlooking the water.

Anticipated Open Date: June 30, 2023.
