Introducing Harbor Brook Hall

Traverse City, Michigan - March 20, 2023 - Wuerfel Resorts, LLC announces the successful closing of 2155 US-31 North for revitalization into Harbor Brook Hall, a year-round waterfront conference and event center. The 0.96 acre property where the 7,722 square foot building is located obtains direct access to East Grand Traverse Bay with 175' of private beach shoreline and is adjacent to Baker's Creek.

The building was originally built in 1985 to operate as the former Waterfront Inn's conference center with an occupancy of up to 300 guests. The property changed hands and operations many times since the demolition of Waterfront Inn and Harbor Brook Hall looks forward to welcoming events back to the space.

With 4,400 square feet of versatile indoor meeting space and an expansive outdoor deck with a gazebo, Harbor Brook Hall can accommodate groups of up to 94, per East Bay Township parking ordinance. The original commercial kitchen has since been removed and a catering staging area will be built out into that existing space. Harbor Brook Hall will work with preferred local vendors for food and beverage offerings.

Cosmetic and interior updates are slated for Spring 2023 with a planned opening of July 1, 2023.
